Mother's Day

Mother’s Day has a way of sneaking up — one week you’re fine, the next you’re standing in a shop trying to decide between a candle and a candle that smells slightly different. This category exists to short-circuit that panic: jewellery she’ll actually wear, prints worth framing, notebooks that beat another bar of soap, and cards that don’t sound like they were written by a committee. Everything comes from independent makers across Ireland — earrings shaped like foxgloves, hand-thrown mugs, tea towels with actual character, a scarf soft enough to make up for six months of forgotten phone calls. Some pieces lean sentimental (framed Irish wildflower prints, engraved jewellery), some lean practical (soap dishes, notebooks), and a few are just nice enough that she won’t ask what it cost. Pair a card from next door with anything here and the whole thing arrives sorted — no extra trip needed. Whether she’s easy to shop for or the sort who says “I don’t want anything” and means the opposite, there’s something in this shelf that’ll land better than flowers that wilt by Thursday. Delivered across Ireland, with plenty of lead time so “I ordered it, I promise” stays true.
