Chou’s Cottage – Returns / Exchanges

It’s very easy to return something you have bought in store

  • Return your purchase in store within 28 days with a receipt as proof of purchase for a full refund
  • Merchandise must be unused and in its original condition including packaging and labelling
  • Pierced jewellery and gift cards are excluded from our returns policy
  • If you paid by credit or debit card any refund must go to the card you used to purchase
  • If you paid by gift card the refund will go on to another gift card
  • Gift receipts can be used to return an item for exchange or gift card but not a refund
  • Returns after 28 days will not be issued
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.

HOW TO RETURN FOR A REFUND ONLINE.

Please send the tagged/unworn item along with your NAME, EMAIL and ORDER NUMBER to contact@chouscottage.com. If you do not include this information we may not be able to refund you. We will credit your original method of payment within 14 business days of return of item, minus original shipping charges. Please note that if you received free shipping and the refund brings you under the free shipping cap we will deduct our shipping costs off your refund. Worn merchandise cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault, pierced jewellery and skincare are excluded from our online returns policy

We do offer exchanges on online purchases, please contact us directly before sending back your item.
