Hanna produces pure raw Irish honey in small batches, harvested from her own Native Irish Honeybees. From her apiaries in Cork, Ireland, she carefully collects and jars honey that reflects the richness of local blossoms, ensuring each batch has a unique and exquisite flavour.
Her honey is made primarily from the nectar of blackberry blossom, dandelion, white clover, linden blossom, thistle, and horse chestnut, with occasional notes of sycamore and hawthorn, adding depth to the blend. Since nature determines the harvest, every jar offers a slightly different taste, depending on the blossoms the bees have foraged.
In spring, Hanna moves some of her beehives to pollinate oilseed rape, producing her signature soft set honey—a velvety smooth, nearly white honey with a luscious texture.
As autumn arrives, her bees create the highly sought-after Heather honey, known for its rich, aromatic flavour and remarkable health benefits.

Hanna keeps bees, and this entire range is essentially what comes of that — nothing invented for the shop, just what the hives actually produce, put to good use. Beeswax food wraps top the list, in various sizes (vegan wrap options too, for anyone skipping the bee products but wanting the same plastic-free result), plus a re-wax bar to bring a tired wrap back to life instead of binning it. The beeswax itself shows up again in candles — a beehive-shaped one, others poured into jars or as tealight refills — and in a leather conditioner and wood polish that do a genuinely better job than most shop-bought tins, because beeswax has been doing this job long before petroleum-based polish existed. Then there's the food side: raw Irish honey straight from the hive, unheated and unfiltered, plus Irish bee pollen for anyone into that sort of thing. A honey bee soap and a plain beeswax bar round it out. It's a small, coherent range built entirely around one insect doing an enormous amount of work — good for the eco-conscious kitchen, the shoe cupboard, and the toast, in roughly that order.
