Here is our story!

We are Julie & Paul, a French couple who moved to Ireland in 2016. Since opening Chou’s Cottage in Clonmel, County Tipperary in 2018, we proudly support over 70 small Irish designers and makers, offering handmade goods such as baby items, ceramics, skincare, clothes, candles, cards, and jewellery.

In 2025, we expanded our shop to include a refill and zero-waste section, helping customers make sustainable, eco-friendly choices. Nature inspires everything we do, from selecting handmade products to curating unique Irish-made items.
