Danu

DANU Ceramics is a Dublin-based ceramics brand founded in 2015 by Ruth Power, a graduate of the National College of Art and Design.

Ruth designs and handcrafts each piece herself, creating small-batch ceramic homeware and jewellery. Her work is inspired by travel, nature, and Ireland, and often incorporates materials such as 22k gold and glass.

The brand embraces a wabi-sabi philosophy, celebrating imperfection, craftsmanship, and simplicity, while also prioritising recycled and reused packaging to reduce waste.
