Working from a small home studio in the seaside town of Tramore, County Waterford, Clare designs and produces pottery that reflects her deep connection to the ocean and coastal landscapes.Using white stoneware clay, each piece is carefully shaped on the wheel or hand-built and then glazed in colours inspired by the sea. The collection includes mugs, decorative ceramics, and distinctive pottery pieces that capture the textures, colours, and natural beauty of the Irish coast. Clare Blount’s work blends creativity, craftsmanship, and a love of nature, resulting in ceramics that are both functional and artistic. This handmade espresso mug is crafted from high-quality stoneware clay, designed to bring warmth and character to your coffee ritual. Each image is carefully hand-carved and painted before being finished with a high-fire glaze, giving it a smooth, durable surface.
