At Chou’s Cottage, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, here is our refund and returns policy.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the condition you received them. Please note we do not require original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Cosmetics and personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
Refunds
If an item is faulty or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund.
If you change your mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the refund will include the product price only.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method (card used at purchase).
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only possible for faulty or damaged items.

Gifts
- If your order was marked as a gift, we will issue a gift credit for the returned item’s value.
- If not, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for expensive items.
